Who can make you happy?

Me? No!


You can make yourself happy, you beautiful soul!

Meditation for me

Meditation is a practice that can essentially cure most of the world’s problems. Meditation helps us to connect with our inner-self, which in turn dissolves stress, anxiety, worry, depression etc. And guess what… in order to be a meditator, you dont have to wear a saffron colour robe or sit with a constipated expression in an effort to be thoughtless – NO! Unless you are an alien from outer-space, being mindful will add fulfillment to your life.


The Fulfilment Workshop

The Fulfilment Workshop enables you to start your own meditation practise or even deepen your practise further.

In these workshops, we typically start by understanding the practise of meditation, work towards setting up a sustainable meditation practise for you and then explore various mindfulness techniques.


Personal coaching

Personal coaching will enable you to have a one on one interaction with me, to seek guidance to set up your meditation practise.

We introduce tailor-made meditation techniques which suit your life-style. In personal coaching, we will be able to give you more attention and help you make faster progress.


Corporate training

Corporate training workshops aim at creating a harmony and well-being in the corporate environment.

It is pretty evident that now Corporates have started noticing the benefits of meditation. Companies are now employing Mindfulness programs to have a positive impact on the work force.


People ask me, “What will we attain by meditating?”

And that is the error that they make. I want them to ask themselves what they have attained by not meditating.
